Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. We do not retain a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We may keep a message sent directly to us for as long as needed to respond and maintain the conversation. It is not disclosed outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The content identifies official Pacific County and Washington channels, including courts, the sheriff, Jail Services, the Washington State Patrol, and the Washington State Sex Offender Public Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person, and we are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search tools. Their privacy policies govern submitted queries, retention, and disclosure, and those practices are outside our control. Review the selected provider's terms before using its form.

Links may lead to Pacific County offices, Washington agencies, courts, legal resources, and private search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy practices apply. Check them before providing personal information.
